The Superfine 1200g diamond surface will sharpen and re establish an edge quickly and easily without scratching the face of the blade. The Ceramic surface is designed to burnish the edge for a mirror finish. The leather pouch is provided for protection when not in use but can also be used as a leather strop for further polishing / burnishing.
